Ingredients

Toppings (optional): grated Parmesan cheese, Pizza Seasoning

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta in Multipurpose Pot according to package directions. Drain.  
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium heat. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook 7 min, until tomatoes soften, stirring occasionally. Using a spatula, crush tomatoes to release juice. Sprinkle in seasoning. Bring to a boil and let simmer 4 min.
  3. Add warm noodles to pan. Stir in spinach; cook until spinach is slightly wilted, about 1 min. Add toppings, if desired.
